SHAMROCKIN’ CUPCAKES

St Patrick’s Day is a special day for my family…it’s my momma’s birthday and another reason to celebrate/make lasting memories! You know I love a festive dessert (mmm sugar!), but it doesn’t always need to be complicated. My moto – “make it extra, but keep it attainable!”

Halfway homemade desserts are where it’s at! Speaking of…let’s talk about these Shamrock cupcakes! Easiest. Treat. Ever! I used box cake mix, pre-made icing (extra brownie points if you make from scratch but not necessary), gold sprinkles, and Lucky Charms marshmallows! Bake according to the package directions, pipe the icing on with my favorite piping kit, and decorate to your heart’s content with sprinkles and a shamrock marshmallow! Don’t be green with envy looking at your screen, make these cupcakes (& memories) this STP day!
